At e-Stewards, we use a sliding scale membership fee to ensure that organizations of all sizes can participate meaningfully without cost becoming a barrier. By adjusting dues based on company revenue, we make it possible for smaller organizations to join, contribute, and benefit alongside larger members. Our goal is that this approach supports a more inclusive and representative community, to ensure the diverse perspectives strengthen the mission of e-Stewards.

Annual Gross Revenue (AGR) is the total revenue your organization earned in its most recent fiscal year from all activities related to managing electronic equipment under the e-Stewards Standard for Responsible Recycling and Reuse of Electronic Equipment. It is calculated as revenue before any expenses or deductions. This figure is reported to Basel Action Network to determine certification fees and is kept confidential.
When an Organization owns or controls Ancillary Sites, every such Ancillary Site shall be included in the SMS of the associated certified Processing facility of an Organization. The certified e-Stewards Organization shall assure, through its internal processes, that the applicable elements of the SMS have been implemented at each Ancillary Site, including but not limited to internal auditing, material balance accounting, training, and downstream accountability.
Any location where Processing by an Organization occurs. Processing Facilities may be mobile units (e.g., possessing small shredders) unless such mobile units are already associated with, dispatched by, and are thus considered part of, a non-mobile Processing Facility.
