Certification Director
Selena Turnock

Selena Turnock

is the e-Stewards Certification Director for e-Stewards. Selena is an Environmental, Health, Safety, and Compliance professional with over eight years of experience in the e-scrap and recycling industry. As her previous role was within an e-Stewards certified organization, she is accustomed to working with the e-Stewards Standard from the recycler standpoint and uses this familiarity in her role as Certification Director. Between being an ISO 14001 certified internal auditor and holding an OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 training certification, she was also a member of the e-Stewards Standards Committee tasked with creating vV4.0 of the e-Stewards Standard.

Sarah Kim

Sarah Kim

is the founder of E-Reuse Services, Inc. (ERS), where she supports the electronics repair, recycling, and refurbishing industries through consulting and collaboration. Sarah’s passion for the industry began in 2000, when she watched her parents launch a refurbishing business. After spending seven years working in the family company, she went on to run ERC and later founded ERS to help the industry meet its evolving challenges. Her work is driven by a belief in practical, responsible solutions that advance electronics reuse and sustainability. Sarah speaks at conferences around the world and delivers training on reuse and responsible recycling. She has served on the R2 and RIOS Technical Advisory Committees and the RIOS Board of Directors and holds Lead Auditor certifications for R2v3 and RIOS, along with internal auditor certifications for e-Stewards, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001.

Dan Kasem

Dan is an Operations and Research Manager for e-Stewards. He started his career as a programmer in market research, collecting and processing data to guide business decisions and drive profit. Most recently he was an executive assistant at an Agile consultancy, helping software development teams find new ways of managing the work they do together. He joined e-Stewards in search of meaningful work that matters, and helps the organization track the details behind several e-Stewards initiatives.

Greg Hansa

Greg Hansa

Greg Hansa contracts with e-Stewards as a Conformity Assurance Manager, where his responsibilities include performing witness audits, conducting performance verification inspections, and providing technical and interpretive assistance to the program. Mr. Hansa also operates G. Arthur Associates, providing consulting in quality, environmental and health & safety management system development and improvement, as well as providing contract management system auditing and training services. He has more than 25 years of experience working in the management system consulting, auditing and certification industry, including thousands of audit days, both domestically and internationally, including leading the first QS-9000 audit in Asia, the first ISO-14001 audit in Mexico.

Conformity Assurance Manager
Rose Johnson

Rose Johnson

Rose Johnson contracts with e-Stewards as a Conformity Assurance Manager, where her responsibilities include performing witness audits, conducting performance verification inspections, and providing technical and interpretive assistance to the program. Rose Johnson has been working in management systems development, consulting, training and auditing for over 25 years. In addition to providing management systems consulting and training services as the principal of Eden Quality Management, Rose has extensive experience as a lead assessor, performing contract audits in e-waste, quality, health & safety and environmental Standards, including the first e-Stewards audit in Asia.
