ADVANCE+ Application

Summary:

ADVANCE+ is an e-Stewards Program to help employ the autism community in meaningful work while helping your company access this excellent labor force. Research and practice have demonstrated that people with autism are most often safer, more loyal, and more productive than their counterparts without disabilities. The ADVANCE+ program is provided exclusively to e-Stewards Certified recyclers/refurbishers and will combine Blue Star’s e-recycling job training model with an award-winning autism inclusion company training model created by James Emmett & Company. Trainings will take place online and onsite at the employer’s location, depending upon pandemic-related restrictions.
